STIHL FS361 C-EM is a petrol clearing saw designed for professional demands, for clearing large areas of grass and brush. Powered by a 37.7cc 2-stroke, 2-MIX engine with ErgoStart for easy starting.
It has a bike style handle that makes clearance jobs more comfortable and efficient, when used in conjunction with a harness, you can smoothly sway the clearing saw side to side and the multi functional controls are located on the handle. Additionally, the handle can be rotated through 90 degrees which is excellent for storage. For working long periods, the FS 361 takes advantage of the STIHL 4-point anti vibration system, steel springs act as anti-vibration elements to reduce the vibrations caused by the motor and rotary cutter. The handles have extremely low vibration and the device is easy to guide.
Fitted with a fully electronic engine management system, STIHL M-Tronic, adjusts the ignition timing and fuel metering in all operating modes, it notes external conditions such as the temperature, altitude and fuel quality and ensures consistent engine performance. Manual carburettor adjustments are not necessary. It also has cold/warm start recognition, the engine starts with less pulls and can immediately accelerate up to speed, even on cold start. Clever right?
It also has a winter setting which is quick and easy to switch, winter setting will prevent the air filter and carburettor from freezing. Additionally, the FS361 is fitted with a large fuel tank that has a volume of 0.75l so you won’t need to keep stopping to re-fuel.
Supplied with an ADVANCE PLUS Universal harness and AutoCut 46-2 Mowing head as standard.
A number of grass cutting and brush cutter blades are available for this model (sold separately) , it has a connection diameter of 20mm, if you are unsure which blade fits, our customer service team are happy to help guide you.
