•Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalised products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
•Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Return
1.Email support@carolineashwoods.com with your order number and reason for return before sending items back.
2.Once approved, we will provide the UK return address and instructions.
3.Please use a tracked shipping method for your return to ensure it reaches us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
